The tenants agree to the following conditions:

- Any rental agreement is subject to a credit check, to the full satisfaction of the landlord. The prospective tenant must provide all necessary information for the credit check at their own expense.
- Appliances will not be replaced or repaired by the landlord.
- No subletting, lease transfer, or early termination without the landlord's written consent.
- Short-term rentals or rentals via platforms such as Airbnb or others are strictly prohibited.
- The tenant must notify the landlord of any damage or necessary major repairs within a reasonable timeframe to prevent issues from worsening.
- The tenant will be responsible for any damages caused to the unit, aside from normal wear and tear.
- The tenant is not permitted to paint, alter, or renovate the unit without the landlord's written consent.
- The tenant agrees to allow the landlord, with at least 48 hours' prior notice, to enter the unit once or twice a year for maintenance of the air exchanger system and wall-mounted air conditioner.
