No subletting via Airbnb or other similar short-term rentals will be permitted; any such attempt will be considered a breach of the lease.
Proof of liability insurance ($2,000,000) and confirmation from Hydro-Québec must be provided prior to possession.
The lease is conditional upon a credit report check and authorization to verify payment history, as well as references if necessary (at the Tenant's expense), to the satisfaction of the Landlord.
The Tenant is not permitted to sublet or transfer the lease without the Landlord's written consent.
The Tenant agrees to provide post-dated checks for the entire lease term.
