Requirements: $2M civil liability insurance, confirmation from Hydro-Quebec before possession.

Subletting: Written permission required; LESSEE not allowed to transfer lease without owner's approval.
Payment: LESSEE to submit post-dated checks or E-transfer for the entire term.
Condition: Units to be delivered clean and returned in the same condition, excluding normal wear and tear. RENTER responsible for major damage repair before leaving.
Damage Responsibility: TENANT must promptly address any damage professionally.
